Hi I’m Magdalena aka Maggie,

I am a mom and pelvic health physiotherapist with a gentle touch who helps women rock their inner strength.

As women, especially mothers, we tend to put other first and in doing so we can often neglect ourselves.

My mission is to change the conversation around pelvic health and empower women to feel  confident in themselves and their bodies.

I am here to facilitate a smoother and pain-free transition through life’s many stages - bump, birth, baby and beyond.

Truth is—you can feel amazing in your body even after having babies!
